The Behavior Technician will work one-on-one with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder to implement treatment plans and behavior protocols. They are responsible for collecting data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction while maintaining detailed session notes.
Candidates should demonstrate compassion, empathy, and patience when working with children with special needs. Possession of an RBT certification is preferred and incentivized with a cash bonus.

Under the supervision of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Behavior Technician (BT) will work one on one with a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder. They will implement treatment plan goals and follow behavior protocols. The BT will collect data on skill acquisition as well as behavior reduction, and write detailed notes at the end of each session. The BT will also assist with toileting and meal preparation for each client. The BT may also be asked to lead small group sessions and assist with material preparation.
