Lead and coach a team of field electricians while performing high-quality residential electrical service calls. Ensure adherence to safety standards, electrical codes, and maintain strong communication across operations and dispatch teams.
Requires a valid State Electrical License (Journeyman or Master preferred) and at least 5 years of residential electrical experience. Candidates should have a proven ability to mentor junior technicians and manage multiple field priorities.
