Maintain efficient payroll practices and ensure compliance with regional statutory obligations and local laws. Partner with Finance and People & Culture to manage employee benefits and provide financial forecasting for global planning.
Requires deep expertise in Australian statutory reporting, including superannuation and state taxes, and strong accounting principles. Must possess a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to leverage modern payroll tools and Excel for analysis.

Be the Compliance Authority: Act as the central expert on regional statutory obligations, ensuring every payment is audit-ready and compliant with local laws and regulations.
Drive Collaboration: Partner closely with People & Culture and Finance to evaluate new employee benefits and provide critical forecasted cost information for global financial planning.
Enable the Team: Develop a user-friendly experience that ensures every PaperCutter has easy access to their benefits and receives timely, accurate support for all payroll inquiries.
Measure What Matters: Oversee monthly and annual reconciliations and accounting entries, translating complex payroll data into accurate financial reporting.
A Precision Driven Mindset: You understand that payroll is the heartbeat of employee trust; you bring a meticulous eye for detail to ensure every calculation is flawless and every deadline is met.
