Manage the commercial side of existing customer relationships, including creating offers, processing orders, and coordinating with production and logistics. Handle financial tasks such as invoicing, payment verification, and monthly cash flow reporting for management.
Requires a completed commercial vocational training or equivalent experience in sales support or order processing. Proficiency in German and English is necessary, along with experience using ERP systems and working within a manufacturing environment.

Wir verstärken unseren Vertriebsinnendienst in Köln und besetzen die Stelle unbefristet, in Vollzeit, zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.
Der Innendienst liegt in deiner Hand: Angebote, Aufträge, die Abstimmung mit Produktion und Logistik, bis hin zur Rechnung. Keine Kaltakquise – sondern die kaufmännische Steuerung laufender Kundenbeziehungen.
Du arbeitest eng mit dem Vertrieb zusammen und berichtest an die Vertriebsleitung. Die Stelle ist eine Präsenzrolle in Köln-Ossendorf. Ein Homeoffice-Tag im Einzelfall ist nach der Einarbeitung möglich, ein festes Homeoffice-Modell bieten wir für diese Position aber nicht an.
