The Operations Supervisor acts as the Manager on Duty, providing leadership and guidance to the store team while overseeing daily operations. Responsibilities include managing inventory, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring operational compliance with safety and facility standards.
Candidates must have 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, customer service, or inventory management in a leadership capacity. A high school diploma or GED is required, with proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
