This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about building an engaging workplace culture, strengthening HR processes, and ensuring seamless administration while partnering closely with business leaders.
Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and statutory compliance.
Drive employer branding and workplace culture initiatives.
Manage office administration and facility operations.
Lead performance management and capability development initiatives.
Plan and execute employee engagement and wellbeing programs.
Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate learning interventions.
Manage exit processes, retention initiatives, and employee lifecycle activities.

5–10 years of HR & Administration experience.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or similar sectors will be preferred.
