The Construction Superintendent oversees all phases of residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. They manage trade partners, coordinate schedules, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in residential housing construction and the ability to interpret engineering drawings. The role requires physical stamina for outdoor work and strong organizational and communication skills.
