Shadow Solar Technician assemble, install, or maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on uneven terrain, roofs or other structures in compliance with site assessment and schematics. May include measuring, cutting, assembling, and bolting structural framing and solar modules supporting systems.
0-6 months of experience or 0 – 1000 hours working as a laborer or in any construction craft as a helper. Develop a knowledge of the assembly, installation, or maintenance of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. Ability to understand and follow directions. Must have all necessary tools (see Solar Tool List). Must be at least 18 years of age.
