Provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to foster independence and community involvement. Responsibilities include assisting with daily routines, following care plans, and maintaining detailed documentation.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and at least one year of caregiving experience. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass state background checks are required.

As a DSP, you’ll work one-on-one with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD), supporting daily routines, community involvement, and personal goals in a way that is engaging, respectful, and empowering.
