The welder is responsible for interpreting complex blueprints and job cards to set up and assemble components. They must perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum parts while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Candidates must have at least 6 months of relevant experience or a high school diploma, along with proficiency in MIG welding. The role requires the ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work in awkward positions while standing for the entire shift.

Competitive Pay – pay based on experience and education, minimum starting rate at $21.32 per hour within the first 6 months pay would increase to a minimum of $26.09

Shift Overview:
•Monday - Thursday, four 10-hour days 4:30pm-3:00am
The positions within Welder I are responsible for interpreting blueprints, job cards, bill of materials, and routing sheets. The Welder must be able to handle complex blueprints involving several variables which vary by customized orders. The Welder must be able to work within precise limits and have experience in bench, MIG, and/or TIG welding (aluminum).
