The Lead Finance Analyst provides accounting and finance services, including monthly analysis, forecasting, and annual budgeting. The role involves driving the monthly close process, managing capital allocation, and identifying profitability improvements through cost efficiency.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with at least six years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with U.S. and international accounting regulations are preferred.
The Lead Finance Analyst will provide accounting and finance services in support of the organization’s business objectives. This role will perform general accounting and finance functions, account reconciliation, preparation and presentation of financial statements and analysis reports. Lead Monthly analysis, forecasting and annual budgeting process for assigned areas of responsibilities. This role will process business transactions in various areas of the Finance function.
