Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of a residential building, including common areas and vacant suites. Duties include performing light repairs, seasonal groundskeeping, and coordinating with sub-contractors.
Requires 2 to 3 years of residential property management experience and proficiency in basic trades like plumbing and electrical work. Candidates must provide a clean criminal record check and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Position Overview:
Reporting to the Property Manager, the incumbent works at the building and is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the residential building . He/she is responsible for coordinating and completing all maintenance activities to improve the reliability, safety, and cleanliness of the building. The salary highlighted in this posting refers to the annual salary. In addition to the annual salary, living accommodations are provided as part of the total compensation for this role.
