The Senior Manager will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes, including the preparation of financial statements and consolidation packages. They will also manage regulatory reporting, support external audits, and lead internal control activities to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess at least 8 years of experience in accounting or tax. A strong understanding of K-IFRS and the ability to independently manage end-to-end consolidation processes are required.

General Summary
Orum Therapeutics is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our Finance Team. This role will be responsible for a broad range of accounting activities, with a focus on financial close and reporting, consolidation, tax, and regulatory reporting. The Finance Team provides accurate and timely financial information to support management decision-making. In this role, you will perform standalone and consolidated financial reporting under K-IFRS, review the financial results and reporting packages of overseas subsidiaries, and support tax compliance, regulatory filings, and external audits. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented professional with strong hands-on accounting experience who can work independently while collaborating effectively with the broader Finance Team.
