The neighborhood model aims to create a home-like feel for residents emphasizing social interaction, resident autonomy, and personalized care. The Assistant Neighborhood Leader will help support in all 3 neighborhoods at Fairway View and work closely with the current Neighborhood Leaders to effectively lead the neighborhoods.
