Handle inbound and outbound calls while maintaining specific performance metrics regarding abandon and pause rates. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints by analyzing billing statements and financial reports in a professional manner.
Requires 2-4 years of related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates should possess intermediate Microsoft Office skills and fluency in Spanish is preferred.

Available to make outbound and receive inbound calls
Maintain the following goals:
Abandon Rate – 5% or less
Pause Time – 5% or less
After Call Time – 15% or less
Ability to solve practical problems with customers and deal with a variety of personalities leaving the customer feeling that they were assisted in a professional and fair manner
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret billing statements, financial screens, and patient collection reports
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers
Ability to prepare clear and concise written materials to customers
Ability to effectively present information to supervisors and accounts managers
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formats
2-4 years or related experience
Fluency in Spanish is preferred
Clear speech and pleasant telephone demeanor
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure
Intermediate computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
Education and/or Licenses and Certifications
High school diploma or its equivalent
