Orthman Conveying Systems is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator to join our fabrication team. What You’ll Do

As a CNC Press Brake Operator, you’ll manufacture precision metal components that become part of our conveyor systems and custom fabrication projects.

Responsibilities include

Set up and operate CNC press brake machines
Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
Select tooling and machine settings for each job
Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections
Measure parts using calipers, angle gauges, tape measures, and other precision tools
Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
Safely move materials using overhead cranes and forklifts (training available)
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Work closely with welders, machinists, and production teams to meet customer deadlines

Previous CNC Press Brake experience preferred
Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
Strong mechanical aptitude
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to accurately read measuring devices
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Team player with a positive attitude
Commitment to producing quality work safely
