Haemme prosessinhoitajaa Turun erikoisvalmisteosastolle vakinaiseen tehtävään. Työtä tehdään vaihtelevasti kahdessa vuorossa arkisin klo 6 ja 22 välillä. Työt alkavat sopimuksen mukaan mahdollisimman pian.
Prosessinhoitajana tehtäviisi kuuluu mm. valmistus- ja pakkausprosesseissa käytettävien tuotantolaitteiden ja pakkauslinjojen käyttö, puhdistus, asennus yms. tehtävät. Työ on osittain fyysistä. Työtehtäviesi kaikissa työvaiheissa toimintaohjeiden ja lääketeollisuuden hyvien tuotantotapojen (GMP) tarkka noudattaminen on tärkeää. Tehtävääsi kuuluu myös dokumentointia ja tuotannonohjausjärjestelmän käyttöä. Toimit aktiivisessa yhteistyössä läheisten tiimien ja oman yksikkömme asiantuntijoiden kanssa.

Yksikön kuvaus
Orionin Global Operations -toiminnot kattavat koko lääkkeiden valmistusprosessin raaka-aineiden hankinnasta tuotteiden valmistukseen, pakkaamiseen ja asiakkaille toimittamiseen. Vastaamme myös uusien tuotteiden teollistamisesta ja tuotteen elinkaaren hallinnasta.
Global Operationsissa työskentelee noin 1 600 ammattilaista tuotannossa, ulkoisessa toimittajaverkostossamme (Externally Sourced Operations) ja Fermion Oy:ssä (API-valmistus ja markkinointi). Lisäksi organisaatioon kuuluvat Supply Chain & Procurement, Technical Operations, Facility Management, EHS (Environment, Health and Safety), CPD & LCM (Commercial Product Development & Product Lifecycle Management) ja Operations Development.
Erikoisvalmisteosastolla työskentelee erilaisissa työntekijä- ja toimihenkilötehtävissä lähes 20 henkilöä. Erikoisvalmisteosastolla valmistetaan sytostaatteja/potentteja raaka-aineita sisältäviä lääkemassoja, tabletteja ja kapseleita.
