The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and cultivating long-term relationships with Realtors and joint venture partners. They will manage a sales pipeline, attend industry events, and ensure consistent growth in the title and escrow services sector.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the title and escrow industry. Proven success in client acquisition, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build professional partnerships are required.

Orchard is looking for a Business Development Manager to join Orchard Title. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, cultivating long-term relationships with Realtors and joint venture partners, and contributing to the success of a high-performing business development organization. This is a Full Time role that will report into the VP, Growth and Business Development and can be remote in any of our Texas markets (Dallas, Houston, San Antonio or Austin - with preference for Dallas (and surrounding areas) or Houston.
