The Operations Specialist will manage daily operational activities and coordinate between internal teams, customers, and external service providers. They are responsible for tracking deployments, maintaining documentation, and driving operational tasks to completion.
Candidates must have approximately 5 years of experience in operations or project coordination with strong technical orientation. Proficiency in Excel, CRM/ERP systems, and excellent communication skills are required to manage complex workflows.
