The Chief of Staff supports the COO and executive team by translating high-level strategy into actionable execution plans and driving continuous operational improvement. This role manages the enterprise operating cadence, including KPI/OKR discipline and the development of standard operating procedures.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of professional experience in operations, project management, or business process improvement. Proven experience managing projects for executive leadership and a strong ability to influence without authority are required.

Opus IVS is seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and collaborative Chief of Staff with strong organizational, strategic, and relationship-building skills. The Chief of Staff supports the COO and executive management team in translating strategy into execution and owns driving continuous improvement. This role owns the operating cadence, KPI/OKR discipline, and cross-functional initiative delivery, ensuring priorities are clearly defined, plans are built with executive owners and teams execute with accountability. The Chief of Staff will own and establish operating cadence and KPIs, lead cross-functional improvement initiatives, and build/maintain SOPs and governance so processes are documented, adopted, and continuously improved.
