The role is responsible for providing high-quality residential valuation reports in a timely manner for the Waikato region. You will manage business opportunities, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and achieve personal annual budgets.
Candidates must be a Registered Valuer (NZIV) with a current Annual Practicing Certificate and hold a degree in Business (Property) or equivalent. Experience with Valocity and Cotality valuation panels is required, along with strong analytical and report writing skills.

As part of our broader growth strategy, we are now seeking a Residential Registered Valuer in Hamilton to service the Waikato region.
Located in Hamilton New Zealand, this role is responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the residential space. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and at the same time achieving personal annual budgets.
Responsible for high-quality valuation delivery, with an operational focus and regular engagement with internal teams and external stakeholders.
