Als IT Operations Manager (m/w/d) bei Operations1 stellst du sicher, dass unsere Kolleg:innen – im Büro und remote – reibungslos arbeiten können. Du verantwortest unsere Endgeräte-Landschaft, sorgst für Security und Compliance und entwickelst automatisierte, skalierbare Prozesse, die unsere IT zuverlässig und einfach nutzbar machen.
Endpoint Management: Du verantwortest unsere verschiedenen Endgeräte von Beschaffung und Einrichtung über Verwaltung und Updates bis zur sicheren Rückgabe oder Ausmusterung. Dabei baust du ein automatisiertes MDM-Setup auf, das die Verwaltung skalierbar macht und unseren Kolleg:innen eine einfache, sichere Nutzung ermöglicht
Security & Compliance: Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Endgeräte sicher und compliant betrieben werden. Dazu härtest du Systeme, setzt Security-Baselines um und betreust Maßnahmen wie BitLocker/FileVault, Antivirus und Malware-Schutz. Du unterstützt außerdem die Dokumentation und Umsetzung relevanter Maßnahmen im Rahmen unseres ISO-27001-ISMS
Onboarding, Enablement & Support: Du gestaltest ein reibungsloses New-Joiner-Erlebnis – von Geräteausgabe bis zu kurzen Enablement-Sessions und How-to-Guides. Dazu übernimmst du 1st-/2nd-Level-Support mit dem Anspruch „enable, not block“, damit Kolleg:innen schnell und pragmatisch weiterkommen
Identity & Access: Du betreust und automatisierst unsere Entra ID (Azure AD). Du verwaltest Rollen, Gruppen und Microsoft-365-Lizenzen und entwickelst klare, sichere Prozesse für Joiner, Mover und Leaver
Automation-First: Du standardisierst und automatisierst wiederkehrende IT-Prozesse mit modernen Tools und, wo sinnvoll, KI-gestützten Lösungen. Du etablierst Monitoring, entwickelst Self-Service-Flows und sorgst für eine nachvollziehbare, aktuelle Dokumentation. Dein Ziel: weniger manuelle Routine, mehr zuverlässige und skalierbare IT
Office in Frankfurt: Du betreust die gesamte IT-Infrastruktur in unserem Büro in Frankfurt. Von Internet, Netzwerk und Drucker bis hin zu Meetingraumtechnik und Townhall-Setups sorgst du dafür, dass alles stabil, sicher und nutzerfreundlich läuft
Du bist bereit, regelmäßig in unserem Frankfurter Büro vor Ort zu arbeiten, und bist bei auftretenden IT-Problemen flexibel und pragmatisch zur Stelle
