The Client Liaison Representative manages client scheduling, insurance verification, and intake documentation to ensure continuity of care. They serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating appointments and maintaining accurate records in CRM and EHR systems.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in healthcare scheduling or patient coordination, preferably within behavioral health. A reliable high-speed internet connection and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are required.
