The Physical Therapist will conduct patient assessments, develop and implement functional treatment plans, and provide staff education on adaptive equipment. They will also participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to support clients with acute and chronic conditions across multiple locations.
Candidates must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or be grandfathered, possess a valid Tennessee state license, and have passed the National Physical Therapy Examination. Experience with developmental disabilities is preferred, and the role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
