This role leads the research, development, and stewardship of staff policies and people programs to foster an inclusive employee experience. It involves translating organizational strategy and EDIA commitments into practical processes while advising leaders on policy interpretation.
Candidates must hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant field and possess 4-5 years of progressive experience in policy or organizational development. Strong analytical skills, knowledge of employment legislation, and demonstrated experience applying an equity lens to process design are required.
