The Help Desk Technician will monitor and respond to user support requests while troubleshooting hardware and software issues for various devices. They are also responsible for maintaining asset inventory, performing equipment configurations, and providing desk-side support in an on-site environment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma with 0-2 years of IT support experience and fundamental knowledge of Windows operating systems. Applicants are required to be U.S. citizens and must hold specific certifications including HDI or SDI, CompTIA A+, and ITIL v3 or v4.
