Oversees the daily operation and administration of corporate and branch facility locations, including grounds and construction projects. Manages maintenance staff and vendors to ensure building systems are functional and safety targets are met.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in facilities or commercial construction management with supervisory experience. Must possess knowledge of building codes, mechanical systems, and hold a valid Florida Driver's license.
Oversees the administration and daily operation of corporate facility locations and outlying branch locations. Responsibilities include facilities, grounds, construction projects, budgeting, reporting, task forces, communications liaison, planning committees and process improvement. Manages a staff of employees in the maintenance of buildings, grounds and equipment.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years’ experience with facilities or commercial construction management to include contractor/vendor management with supervisory experience; and/or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. Knowledgeable of building codes, safety regulations, construction, blueprints, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural and mechanical systems.
Valid Florida Driver’s license; clean driving record required. Certification in Building Maintenance, BOMA Foundations of Real Estate Management or International Facility Management Association (IFMA) preferred.

Functions involve the regular and, at times, sustained performance of moderately physically demanding work and may require occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of heavy objects or materials (up to 50 pounds). Tasks that require moving objects of significant weight require the assistance of another person and/or use of proper techniques and moving equipment. Tasks may involve climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
