Manage a diverse patient panel by conducting acute, chronic, and well visits both in-office and via telehealth. Collaborate with clinical teams and supervise NP or PA colleagues to deliver human-centered primary care.
Must be board certified or eligible in Internal or Family Medicine and licensed in Connecticut. Requires completion of an accredited residency and at least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience within the last 5 years.

This is a full-time role based in Glastonbury, CT.
The base salary range for this role is $273,500 to $290,700 per year based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
