Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Greet all customers promptly and in a courteous manner

· Establish rapport with customers

· Communicate effectively with the parts department and technicians in order to complete repairs

· Ability to perform Multi Point Inspections

· Gain in depth knowledge of vehicles and technology

· Follow up with customers and return email/voicemails timely

· Utilize computer programs necessary to complete scheduling and review appointments

· Review Repair Orders to ensure work is completed appropriately

· Exhibit One Automotive Group Core Values

· Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

· All other duties as assigned
QualificationsQualifications, Skills, and Requirements:

· Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and acceptable driving record

· Friendly, positive attitude and be a team player

· Strong customer service skills

· Excellent listening, telephone, and computer skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Professional demeanor and appearance

· Energetic and ability to work in fast-past environment that offers constant variety

· Prior experience in the automotive industry or as a service advisor is preferred

· Prior experience in a DMS system preferred, but not required
