Provide school-based physical therapy services to children within various school districts in the south suburbs of Chicago. Work as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team to support students from early childhood through 12th grade.
Must be a Registered Physical Therapist with a current Illinois PT license. While two years of school-based experience is desired, it is not mandatory.
