Are you structured, persistent, and comfortable reaching out to new potential customers? Do you enjoy starting conversations, working with clear targets, and turning outreach into qualified meetings?

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to support the continued growth of Omnidocs. In this role, your main focus will be outbound sales and meeting booking. You will work from defined target lists, contact relevant prospects, qualify basic fit, and book meetings for our sales team.

This is a hands-on role with a clear commercial focus. You will spend a significant part of your time reaching out to potential customers primarily by phone, to a lesser degree, using email or LinkedIn.


The sales motion is structured, and success in the role comes from consistency, good communication, and the ability to create interest quickly.

You will work closely with sales and marketing colleagues, follow agreed messaging and sales plays, and help create a steady flow of qualified meetings. You will often be the first person a potential customer meets from Omnidocs, so we are looking for someone who can create a professional, relevant, and helpful first impression.

Essential qualifications
We expect that you:

  • Have an interest in B2B sales, business development, and customer dialogue.
  • Are comfortable with outbound sales, cold calling, and proactive outreach.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and in conversations.
  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Are comfortable reaching out to new people by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Can work from predefined target lists and follow a structured sales process.
  • Work in a structured way and follow up consistently.
  • Are motivated by clear targets, activity, and measurable results.
  • Are comfortable using CRM systems or willing to learn.
  • Can work from our Copenhagen office.

Bonus points
If you also have:

  • Experience from a similar SDR, BDR, sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing role.
  • Experience with outbound sales or meeting booking.
  • Experience with SaaS, software, or technology sales.
  • Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve outreach preparation, follow-up, and productivity.
  • Experience working in an international or growth-oriented company.

Responsibilities
You will:

  • Work from defined target lists of relevant companies and contacts.
  • Run proactive outbound outreach mostly through the phone, but can also use other means like email, LinkedIn, or other relevant channels.
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and sales colleagues.
  • Qualify basic fit, interest, timing, and potential value before handing over meetings.
  • Work towards weekly targets for outreach activity and booked meetings.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and ensure a professional customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate data, activities, call notes, and meeting outcomes in our CRM system.
  • Use agreed messaging, sales plays, and outreach sequences.
  • Use AI tools responsibly to support outreach preparation, follow-up, and productivity.
  • Share feedback from prospects with the commercial team.
  • Contribute to improving how we create interest and book meetings.

We are looking for someone who is both persistent and structured. You should enjoy a role where the goal is clear: reach out to the right people, start good conversations, and book qualified meetings.

You should be the kind of person who asks:

  • Who should I call next?
  • How can I make this message more relevant?
  • What can I learn from this objection?
  • How can I improve my conversion from call to meeting?
  • What do I need to do this week to reach my target?

You do not need to know everything, but you should be comfortable with repetition, activity, and clear expectations. We value people who take ownership, keep going when it gets difficult, and want to develop their skills in B2B sales over time.
