The AI Transformation Lead will partner with business functions to identify and implement high-value AI use cases while acting as a gatekeeper for new AI tool investments. They will also design training programs to upskill employees and establish cross-functional AI enablement infrastructure.
Candidates should have a degree in life sciences or chemistry, with an advanced degree preferred, and extensive experience using AI tools in a biotech context. Strong communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between IT, risk management, and business operations are essential.

The company’s unique OdyssION™ technology platform comprises novel biochemistry techniques, next-generation native mass spectrometry, and custom chemistry. OMass is advancing a pipeline of small molecule therapeutics in rare diseases and immunological conditions, that target solute carriers, complex-bound proteins, and GPCRs. OMass’ lead program is expected to enter clinical development in 2H 2026.
We are seeking an AI Transformation Lead. You will be part of a dynamic and innovative environment and will become an integral part of our vision to address patients’ unmet needs while building Britain’s Biggest Biotech. You will combine your fluency in artificial intelligence (AI) tools and emerging technologies with a robust understanding of the LifeSciences business — from discovery through to clinical development to accelerate how we work across the whole business. You will be able to work in modern facilities for optimum collaboration alongside a focused and caring team.
You will have a proven ability to drive change through technology, alongside the credibility and communication skills to bring colleagues with you on that journey.
