The Formulation Technician will conduct laboratory trials to develop new products and prepare prototypes while ensuring compliance with quality standards. They will also support the Innovation, Quality, and Industrialization teams by managing technical data and facilitating the transfer of formulations to production.
Candidates must hold a degree (Bac+2 to Bac+3) in Chemistry, Formulation, or Process Engineering. Previous experience in a formulation laboratory is preferred, along with proficiency in laboratory techniques and computer tools.

🌏 Contexte du poste
Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Formulation, le rôle du Technicien Formulation est de réaliser les essais de formulation au laboratoire afin de contribuer au développement de nouveaux produits performants et conformes aux exigences qualité.
Véritable support des équipes Innovation, Qualité et Industrialisation, vous participez à toutes les étapes de la mise au point des formulations, depuis la préparation des prototypes jusqu'à leur transfert vers la production industrielle.
🎯 Ce que vous ferez
Réaliser les essais de formulation et préparer des prototypes (poudres, liquides, émulsions).
Effectuer les analyses physico-chimiques et microbiologiques (pH, viscosité, densité, granulométrie, stabilité...).
Contrôler la conformité des matières premières et participer à l'analyse des non-conformités.
Assurer la traçabilité des essais et renseigner les données dans les outils dédiés (logiciel de formulation, documentation technique).
Participer aux essais pilotes et accompagner le transfert des formulations du laboratoire vers l'usine.
Préparer les échantillons destinés aux clients ou aux laboratoires externes.
Veiller au bon fonctionnement du laboratoire : gestion des équipements, des consommables, des stocks et respect des règles HSE.
Contribuer à la rédaction des protocoles, méthodes et bases de données techniques.
📇 Ce que vous apportez
✅ Formation Bac+2 à Bac+3 en Chimie, Formulation ou Génie des Procédés.
✅ Une première expérience en laboratoire de formulation (stage ou alternance compris) est appréciée.
✅ Vous maîtrisez les techniques de laboratoire (pesées, mélanges, mesures physico-chimiques...) et êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques (Excel notamment).
✅ La connaissance d'un logiciel de formulation (ALLIX) constitue un plus.
✅ Vous êtes réactif(ve), rigoureux(se), proactif(ve), organisé(e) et appréciez le travail en équipe. Vous savez demander de l’aide quand il le faut et faire des feedbacks factuels à l’équipe.
✅ Vous savez vous adapter facilement à plusieurs projets en parallèle et faites preuve de curiosité scientifique.
