The MRI Technologist is responsible for preparing patients for testing, operating MRI equipment, and assisting radiologists during procedures. They also perform safety checks, manage image processing via PACS, and maintain supply inventory.
Candidates must hold an ARRT or NMTCB certification and possess current BLS certification. Strong organizational and communication skills are required to ensure safety and efficiency in a high-reliability environment.

Job Description Summary:
The position prepares patient for testing (including thorough screening questioning), assists the radiologist during testing, operates the MRI equipment for a variety of procedures, maintains supply inventory in assigned rooms, and covers call duty, as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:
ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, NMTCB - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification BoardARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or equivalent NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board) is acceptable.
Must possess good organizational and communication skills.
