The Director of Nursing manages and coordinates the delivery of clinical care to residents in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Key duties include overseeing admissions, discharges, MDS assessments, and conducting daily regulatory compliance rounds.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of professional nursing experience and a current unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of Hawaii. A degree from an accredited school of nursing is required, with experience in geriatrics or management preferred.
