The Inspection Coordinator manages the scheduling and coordination of property inspections across multiple markets while serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. They ensure timely completion of inspections by balancing availability and resolving scheduling conflicts with a customer-first approach.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in scheduling or customer-facing operations and possess strong organizational and communication skills. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for an associate's or bachelor's degree and experience in real estate or property management.
