The incumbent is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing Caterpillar and general line equipment within a specific geographical service area. They must ensure all maintenance activities are performed safely and in accordance with customer expectations and company standards.
Candidates must hold a Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician certification and possess at least 5 years of experience repairing CAT equipment. Strong organizational and communication skills are required, along with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Candidate selection will be in compliance with the terms of the current collective agreement
Hours and shift schedules that may be subject to change to meet Finning or customer requirements, and will be made in accordance with the Collective Agreement
