The Junior Software Engineer is responsible for developing and testing software maintenance releases for the RegWorks product. This includes troubleshooting defects, removing technical debt, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable software solutions.
Candidates should have competent Java development skills and experience with various relational databases and ORM frameworks. Knowledge of TDD, version control systems, and secure software development practices is also required.

The Software Engineer in the Sustainment team is responsible for designing, developing, testing and maintenance of software solutions and the delivery of quality software products within set deadlines and specifications. They ensure that related activities are well planned, managed, and meet agreed standards.
The Sustainment Team is responsible for the sustainment of RegWorks customer solutions through upgrades, defect resolution and the removal of technical debt.
This role reports to the Sustainment Manager and does not have people management responsibilities.
