Act as a commercial and technical bridge between clients and internal teams to translate business ambitions into viable payment solutions. Lead discovery sessions, design functional specifications, and manage client expectations from early discovery through to implementation handover.
Requires 6 to 8 years of experience in solutions or technical consulting within fintech, payments, or banking. Must possess strong expertise in API-first products and card issuing concepts such as tokenization and settlement.

The Role
We are hiring a Senior Solutions Manager to act as a commercially minded, client-facing bridge between NymCard’s clients, Commercial team, Product, Engineering, Risk, and Operations. You will translate client ambitions into practical, commercially viable solutions on NymCard’s issuing and processing platform, while managing client communications, expectations, and confidence from early discovery through to implementation handover.
You will lead discovery and solution design conversations, attend client meetings and workshops, and visit clients where needed to build strong relationships, clarify requirements, unblock decisions, and ensure all parties are aligned on scope, timelines, responsibilities, and outcomes. You will be expected to communicate clearly with both senior business stakeholders and technical teams, simplifying complex payments and issuing topics into clear choices, trade-offs, and next steps.
Success in this role looks like commercially sound deals, well-scoped projects, confident clients, clean handovers to delivery, and strong alignment between what is sold, what is designed, and what is delivered
