Lead assembly production processes by assigning work, removing roadblocks, and ensuring safety, quality, and delivery goals are met. Serve as the primary backup to the Production Supervisor and drive a continuous improvement culture through Lean methodologies.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 8 years of manufacturing or production experience. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting 25 pounds and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

In this position, you will ensure uninterrupted production flow in assigned process. Provide troubleshooting support as well as coaching/on-the-job training to employees to ensure that day to day department goals are being met. You will be the first point of escalation for production issues and tasked the responsibility of communicating with appropriate resources to ensure that problems are resolved quickly and efficiently. As you grow, you will develop critical leadership competencies and business process knowledge.
