Description

Overview

If you're the person who loves keeping things organized, enjoy connecting the dots across multiple teams, and somehow keep five projects moving without breaking a sweat, this role might be for you.

As our Medical & Clinical Affairs Specialist, you'll work across Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and Commercial to help advance clinical and medical initiatives, partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), support selected clinical research activities, develop educational materials and medical resources for healthcare professionals, and keep important projects moving forward.

No two days are exactly alike—and we wouldn't want it any other way.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate Key Opinion Leader (KOL) activities, including contracts, logistics, communications, and all the moving pieces in between.
  • Help bring medical events to life, including speaker programs, advisory boards, conferences, and educational events.
  • Develop, organize, and manage medical and clinical content, including educational materials, presentations, dossiers, and supporting documentation.
  • Review, edit, and contribute to clinical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related documentation.
  • Respond to routine Medical Affairs inquiries and collaborate with internal subject matter experts to provide timely, evidence-based information.
  • Support  post-market evidence generation activities and selected clinical research initiatives, including study coordination, documentation, and clinical data support.
  • Pitch in wherever needed. In a small company, teamwork and flexibility go a long way.

Requirements

Who You Are

You're the kind of person who...

  • Loves bringing order to organized chaos.
  • Enjoys connecting the dots across people, projects, and priorities.
  • Takes ownership, follows through, and keeps things moving.
  • Can work independently while knowing when to ask the right questions.
  • Is naturally curious and enjoys learning new things.
  • Can take an idea, run with it, and come back with solutions.
  • Builds strong relationships and enjoys collaborating across multiple functions.
  • Likes variety and wouldn't enjoy doing the exact same thing every day.
  • Thrives in an environment where priorities evolve and new opportunities emerge.

If you read this and found yourself nodding along, we'd love to start the conversation.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 2–5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Clinical Research, medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceutical support.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Experience developing, editing or maintaining medical, clinical, or healthcare-related content and documentation and clinical SOPs.
  • Understanding of clinical studies and the ability to interpret clinical data and published literature.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and solid Excel proficiency.
  • A self-starter who enjoys taking initiative and working with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a role that evolves, where priorities shift, new opportunities emerge, and flexibility is part of the job.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% including occasional overnights

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience coordinating KOL programs or medical education events.
  • Clinical trial or Clinical Affairs experience.
  • Exposure to reimbursement processes or health economics.
  • Experience supporting post-market evidence generation activities.
  • Experience supporting a Medical Affairs or Commercial organization.
  • Familiarity with reimbursement processes and tracking.

What We Offer

We believe great people deserve great benefits. Here's a snapshot of what we offer:

  • Salary: $90,000–$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Eligible for annual discretionary bonus.
  • Medical insurance with multiple plan options, including a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with an annual company HSA contribution of $2,000 for individual coverage or $4,000 for family coverage.
  • Company contributions toward dental and vision insurance.
  • Employer-paid life insurance (up to one times annual salary), plus short-term and long-term disability coverage.
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO), floating holidays, and 8 paid company holidays.
  • 401(k) plan with a 3% company match.

A Few Things You Should Know About Us

  • You'll work closely with leaders across Medical Affairs, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and Commercial.
  • Your work will be visible and will have a meaningful impact on the team.
  • We value people who take initiative, ask thoughtful questions, and enjoy solving problems.
  • We believe the best ideas can come from anyone, regardless of title.
  • We appreciate people who are collaborative, dependable, and willing to jump in wherever they're needed.

Any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
