The Mill Operator is responsible for operating process equipment and computer-programmed batching systems to manufacture feed. They also perform mill maintenance, quality sampling, and general housekeeping to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and one to two years of experience in an industrial or production environment. The role requires the ability to lift up to 55 pounds, climb ladders, and work flexible schedules including weekends and overtime.
