Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails promptly and accurately
Schedule appointments, coordinate repair timelines, and maintain accurate customer records
Communicate repair updates clearly and proactively to customers and insurance partners
Support the management team with administrative tasks, data entry, and documentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
Assist with filing insurance claims and coordinating with adjusters
Use email, CRM systems, the new AI tool, and other digital tools effectively for communication and customer management
Always uphold the highest level of customer service
Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward professional development and career advancement opportunities
Qualifications:
Proven experience in front office, customer service, or administrative roles (automotive or body shop experience a plus but not required)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Professional appearance and demeanor
Self-driven, motivated, and eager to grow within the company
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns effectively
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort using digital tools like the new AI tool
Clean and valid driving record with driver’s license
Ability to perform and pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
