Customer Engagement Manager (Intern)

Location: Nu3S – Jamaica, Queens, NY
Schedule: 16 hours per weekend (final schedule to be determined)
Compensation: $18/hr + Nu3S employee discounts on food, beverages, and services

About the Role

Nu3S is looking for an energetic, people-oriented Customer Engagement Manager who enjoys interacting with customers and creating memorable experiences. This role is ideal for a college students or recent graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality, social media, and customer engagement.

What You Will Do:

•⁠  ⁠Welcome customers with warmth and enthusiasm.
•⁠  ⁠Engage customers in friendly conversations about their Nu3S experience.
•⁠  ⁠Encourage satisfied customers to leave honest Google reviews using the Nu3S review QR code.
•⁠  ⁠Capture short customer testimonial videos (30–60 seconds) with their consent.
•⁠  ⁠Take high-quality photos and videos of customers enjoying the Nu3S experience.
•⁠  ⁠Help create engaging social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
•⁠  ⁠Highlight Nu3S offerings, including the Brushless Laser Car wash, Premium Café, EV charging, and auto care services.
•⁠  ⁠Promote memberships, loyalty programs, and upcoming events.
•⁠  ⁠Assist in creating a vibrant atmosphere during weekends and special events.
•⁠  ⁠Collect customer feedback and share improvement ideas with the management team.
•⁠  ⁠Ensure all customer interactions are friendly, professional, and authentic.

What You Will Bring:

•⁠  ⁠Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
•⁠  ⁠Confident approaching and engaging new people.
•⁠  ⁠Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality.
•⁠  ⁠Comfortable recording videos and taking photos with a smartphone.
•⁠  ⁠Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
•⁠  ⁠Organized, dependable, and punctual.
•⁠  ⁠Previous experience in hospitality, retail, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
•⁠  ⁠College students majoring in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
