The Leasing Associate is responsible for conducting property tours, managing leads, and processing leasing paperwork. They also provide high-quality service to current residents and promote community amenities to increase occupancy.
Candidates should be customer-service oriented professionals with strong communication and multitasking abilities. No prior leasing experience is required as training will be provided, but weekend availability is mandatory.
