We're looking for a hands-on IT Administrator to help guarantee that NRD Companies' internal IT environment runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
In this role, you will be responsible for internal networks, servers, workstations, Microsoft 365, Azure services, virtualization platforms, and internal business systems. Along with daily IT operations, troubleshooting, and infrastructure maintenance, you will contribute to the continual improvement of our IT environment by constantly learning and embracing new technologies, tools, and solutions.
Administering, installing, configuring and maintaining NRD Companies’ internal networks, physical and virtual servers, and resolving hardware and software issues.
Designing, administering, maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and Microsoft 365 services.
Administering and maintaining internal systems and services, including TFS, Redmine, GitLab, Kubernetes and Docker.
Administering and maintaining corporate workstations, including Windows workstations and MacBooks.
Administering databases on Windows and Linux servers, including Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL and Oracle Database environments.
Researching new hardware, standard software and network equipment.
Contributing to infrastructure planning, IT budgeting and technical input for client proposals.
Carrying out other tasks related to the company’s hardware, software and IT environment.
At least 2 years of experience in IT systems administration.
Experience administering Windows Server infrastructure and Active Directory Domain Controllers in a multi-forest, multi-domain enterprise environment.
Experience with virtualization management platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
Experience managing Azure infrastructure and Microsoft 365 services.
Experience administering databases on Windows and Linux servers, including Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL and/or Oracle Database.
Experience managing Windows and Linux servers, Windows workstations, MacBooks and local networks.
Fluent Lithuanian, both written and spoken, and English language skills at B1 level or higher.
Analytical thinking, responsible attitude, ability to work individually and in a team, and a strong focus on results.
Experience or interest in administering AI-enabled workplace tools, such as Microsoft Copilot or similar enterprise AI solutions Capacity to learn and adapt to a changing environment.
Driver’s licence.
