As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at Nox Health, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of global sleep health technology. What you'll do
Strategic Test Planning: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for multi-tiered projects of varying complexity.
End-to-End Testing: Drive meticulous testing across web applications, REST APIs, and complex backend services to ensure flawless system performance and reliability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product owners, developers, and key stakeholders to identify, track, and facilitate the swift resolution of software defects.
Quality Advocacy: Actively champion product quality, recommending process improvements and innovative solutions to elevate our overall testing strategies and methodologies.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure all software releases strictly adhere to rigorous company guidelines and healthcare industry quality standards.
Continuous Improvement: Identify systemic problems, brainstorm creative solutions, and meticulously document test results and findings to maintain high visibility and traceability.
Qualifications
Industry Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in an SDLC quality analysis environment, with a strong foundation in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Test Automation: Practical experience implementing or working with Test Automation Frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright).
Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of modern software testing principles, concepts, and web development practices.
Hands-On Expertise: Demonstrated experience testing highly scalable Web applications, REST APIs, and Backend services.
Tooling Mastery: High proficiency in modern test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr).
Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills paired with a meticulous eye for detail.
Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, capable of clearly articulating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare technology sector, highly regulated environments, SaaS platforms, or sleep diagnostics.
CI/CD Pipelines: Experience or familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.
