About the role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join our Experience & Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and maintaining clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for Nox Health’s product and development teams. You will translate complex technical specifications (such as Product Requirements Documents or PRDs) and development processes into high-quality user manuals, internal guides, and API documentation to support our growing suite of digital services on the Nox Cloud platform. You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure documentation is aligned with product releases and technical changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce and maintain technical documentation, user guides, developer guides, internal process documentation, and API references.
Create delivery-related documentation covering product configurations, product features, and critical application flows — ensuring these are kept current as the product evolves.
Manage documentation for key product initiatives, such as HSTS and Nox Connect, working directly with engineering and product teams
Establish and enforce documentation standards, style guides, and terminology to ensure consistency and quality across all written materials and all teams.
Define how development and product documentation should be structured across the organisation and how to create effective indexing and navigation so information is easily
Qualifications & Experience
3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, Content Developer, or equivalent role, preferably within a SaaS or B2B software development environment.
Proven ability to write clear, concise, and technically accurate documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Experience with documentation tools, content management systems (CMS), and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience with LLM tools will be a plus.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into simple terms.
