The Maintenance Tech is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on injection molding machines and support equipment. This includes conducting mold changes and ensuring all activities comply with safety standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma with technical training and at least 4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to lift 50 lbs, operate a forklift, and provide own tools is required.

The Maintenance Tech will troubleshoot and conduct repairs and preventive maintenance for injection molding machines and support equipment.

The compensation range considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Novolex, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $34.00 to $38.00 per hour.
