The Platform Operations Specialist will structure, validate, and maintain ESG data and framework configurations within the platform. They will act as an operational liaison between internal teams and serve as a point of escalation for complex platform issues.
Candidates should have 2–3 years of experience working with SaaS products and possess strong skills in data management and investigation. Experience with ESG reporting frameworks and the ability to bridge technical and non-technical communication are highly valued.
