Job Overview:
We’re looking for a Product Manager to support the development and evolution of our transaction reporting platform, En>ACT. This hire will be an impactful key contributor to the shaping of the product roadmap and development whilst overseeing delivery, and ensuring our platform stays ahead of shifting regulatory demands and client needs.
You will have influence and oversight of the full product lifecycle, from discovery and planning to execution and iteration, working closely with engineering, regulatory experts, and commercial teams. Your work will directly impact the product roadmap and delivery of the roadmap to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Collaborate with the Head of Product Development to define and develop the product roadmap, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
- Identify and develop new product features, enhancements, and capabilities to solve meaningful customer problems
- Drive product strategy with a strong sense of long-term thinking, scalability, and platform evolution.
Product Development:
- Collaborate with engineering, design, regulatory SME and data teams to deliver high-quality, impactful product releases.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, execution, launch, and iteration.
- Write detailed product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with clarity and precision.
- Facilitates agile ceremonies, supporting the squad and sprint deliverables against the roadmap.
- Supports product training to internal and external users, inclusive of documentation.
Customer & Market Insight:
- Deeply understand user needs through research, data analysis, and client/user feedback loops.
- Translate insights into product opportunities and improvements that drive user satisfaction and adoption.
- Monitor the broader RegTech and FinTech landscape to stay ahead of market and technology trends.
Cross-functional Leadership:
- Act as a key bridge between product, commercial, engineering, and leadership teams.
- Communicate product decisions, priorities, and progress clearly and consistently across the business.
- Ensure delivery is on time, on scope, and aligned with both user and business outcomes.
About You:
Essential requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in product management, within the capital markets space (Asset Management, Banking, RegTech, FinTech, or financial services.)
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting, specifically transaction reporting frameworks (e.g. EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, CFTC, ASIC, MAS etc)
- Proven track record of owning and delivering high-impact product initiatives end to end.
- Strong understanding of product development practices - agile, iterative design, experimentation.
- Experience working with engineering teams in agile or iterative delivery environments.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
Nice to have:
- Exposure to trade lifecycle data, reconciliation workflows, or back-office systems.
- Technical literacy: familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, or system integrations.
- Experience scaling products in a startup or growth-stage tech environment.
- Proven track record of delivering AI capabilities and AI-driven features.
